I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Southern California. My research focuses on firms, labor markets, and workforce development in low-income countries.

One stream of my work examines how mobile internet can support on-the-job skill formation and knowledge diffusion. A second stream studies how volatility shapes labor market outcomes, especially how firms and workers share risk, and what these arrangements imply for firm growth and worker turnover.
